The South Room is a beautiful, spacious, colonial southern style room with a queen size bed and a private bath with a shower and tub. The South Room bathroom is large with a regular size tub (whirlpool) and a shower. This PRIVATE BATH is right next to the South Room guest room...just two steps from the room. We provide robes for your convenience. Has a queen bed, individually controlled heat, AC, cable T.V., Keurig and 2 wing back chairs.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel any reservation 7 days prior but the credit card will still be charged the full amount and the guest may use it at another time, upon availability.
*On special weekends that are noted, we do not accept cancellations as these are our prime weekends.
